The Law Office of James F. Pons’s primary practice and home office in Houston proudly serves the Houston and surrounding areas including Harris, Ft. Bend, Galveston, Brazoria, Liberty and Montgomery Counties.

Clients have enlisted our firms to help in cases outside of the Houston area including work in the Dallas – Ft. Worth Metroplex region, Corpus Christi, Nueces, Bexar, Guadalupe, Comal, Kendall and surrounding counties.

Raised in Houston, TX, James attended Trinity University in San Antonio before returning to Houston for law school at South Texas College of Law. From 2003 – 2006 he worked as a Harris County assistant district attorney where he gained an immeasurable amount of experience concerning criminal process and trial technique. In 2006, James founded the Law Office of James F. Pons where he now dedicates his time to protecting accused individuals from government prosecution.
