Raised in Houston, TX, James attended Trinity University in San Antonio before returning to Houston for law school at South Texas College of Law. From 2003 - 2006 he worked as a Harris County assistant district attorney where he gained an immeasurable amount of experience concerning criminal process and trial technique. In 2006, James founded the Law Office of James F. Pons where he now dedicates his time to protecting accused individuals from government prosecution.
